1. Introduction
Welcome to Life|Hunter LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of our website, products, services, shows, and any related content provided by Life|Hunter LLC (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or utilizing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not consent to these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our Services.

2. Eligibility
By engaging with our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Amendments to Terms
Life|Hunter LLC reserves the exclusive right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is incumbent upon you to periodically review these Terms for any updates.

4. Permitted Use of Services
You agree to use our Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any party.

• Distributing malicious software, including viruses, malware, spyware, or any other harmful code.

• Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.

5. User Accounts
Certain features of our Services may require you to register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be promptly reported to us.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through Life|Hunter LLC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Life|Hunter LLC or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. Purchases and Payment Terms
By purchasing products or services from Life|Hunter LLC, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. All transactions are subject to our billing and payment processing policies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

8. Return and Refund Policy
Life|Hunter LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. Our return policy is as follows:

• Apparel: Unwashed and unused apparel items may be returned within 21 days of receipt.

• Non-Clothing Items: Unused non-clothing items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be processed through the original method of payment. For purchases made via cash, refunds will be issued via check within 5-7 business days following the approval of the return.

Returns will only be accepted after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected by Life|Hunter LLC. Approval of returns is contingent upon the condition of the items, and Life|Hunter LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our criteria.

Fraud Prevention Measures: Any attempts to defraud Life|Hunter LLC, including but not limited to false claims of lost, stolen, or undelivered items, will be thoroughly investigated and may be referred to state law enforcement authorities.

Chargeback Policy: Any attempts to initiate a chargeback through debit/credit card without prior notification to Life|Hunter LLC, and without allowing a 14-day investigation period to resolve the issue, will result in the forfeiture of the disputed payment and a waiver of any claim for monetary compensation.

9. Life|Hunter LLC Shows
Content produced under Life|Hunter LLC, including but not limited to video, audio, and multimedia shows ("Shows"), are protected by intellectual property laws. Downloading, sharing, reproducing, reselling, or redistributing Shows for any purpose without prior written consent from Life|Hunter LLC is strictly prohibited.

10. Filming and Media Rights
Individuals filmed during Life|Hunter LLC Shows waive any right to compensation when:

• Filmed in public areas, or

• Filmed on private property with the consent of the landowner, provided the individual(s) are not the primary subject or focus of the content, nor do they participate in a manner directly contributing to Life|Hunter LLC’s monetary compensation from the specific show.

Waivers: Any individual who directly affects the outcome of the Show and has a material impact on the content will be required to sign a waiver provided by Life|Hunter LLC, acknowledging their role and waiving rights to further compensation.

11. Product Representation in Media
Any products featured or used in Life|Hunter LLC Shows, events, or other revenue-generating entertainment platforms are not endorsements or affiliated with Life|Hunter LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise. The inclusion of products does not constitute an advertisement, sponsorship, or paid promotion unless clearly disclosed.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life|Hunter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Life|Hunter LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Life|Hunter LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Minnesota, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

17. Termination of Services
Life|Hunter LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

18. Privacy Policy
Life|Hunter LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not and will not sell, rent, or disclose any consumer information, whether public or private, to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.
